H, advanced pressure swing adsorption process to ensure maximum energy saving: The new oxygen-making device adopts the upper equal pressure process, which is an improvement to the traditional isopotential equal pressure process. the upper equal pressure is drawn from the upper part of the adsorption tower at the end of the adsorption, and then into the adsorption tower at the end of the regeneration. this equal pressure advantage is because the oxygen purity of the oxygen making machine is gradually increasing from the bottom to the top in the adsorption tower, so that the oxygen with higher purity is entered into the regeneration tower from the outlet of the adsorption tower, which greatly improves the oxygen purity of the regeneration tower and the utilization rate of the molecular sieve, that is, the gas production of the molecular sieve is increased. The average pressure ratio is more reasonable and scientific, and its direct effect is to improve the recovery rate of oxygen, save the consumption of compressed air, and achieve the effect of energy saving.
